B. Michael Friedman
FOUNDER & CEO
B. Michael Friedman has over two decades of Wall Street investment banking and private equity experience. As the founder of Moneyline Sports and Principal of First Level Capital, a registered private equity firm in Canada and the US, he has focused on private equity rounds within the Fintech, Gaming and Crypto sectors. Mr. Friedman has advised multiple Nasdaq companies regarding funding, M&A and curing deficient reporting over the last 15 years. As a co-investor and LP within a $600M Unicorn Investment Fund, Friedman has been involved in multiple syndicate investments and exits including Kraken, Klarna, Instacart and Draft Kings amongst others.
Wayne Allyn Root
CHAIRMAN & SPOKESPERSON
Mr. Root has spent the past 30+ years building his brand. The media has dubbed Wayne as “The King of Vegas Sports Gambling” and “America’s Oddsmaker.” Mr. Root has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Winners Inc., Silver State Radio LLC (a radio broadcast company), and as a host on the USA Radio Network and Newsmax TV. Over the years Mr. Root has been profiled for his sports betting prowess by CNBC, the Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Success, Worth, the Robb Report, EMMY and many more. Mr. Root began his career as the Network Oddsmaker and NFL analyst for the Financial News Network (now known as CNBC).
Michael Handelman
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
Mr. Handelman brings over 30 years of financial and public company experience as CFO of Winners Inc. He has served as the CFO of GT Biopharma, Inc., a public biotechnology company, and Clickstream Corporation, a company engaged in the development of apps and digital platforms. Mr. Handelman was also the CFO of the Los Angeles Kings, a National Hockey League franchise. He is a certified public accountant and holds a degree in accounting from the City University of New York.
